Foundations Schedule

We have Foundations sessions on Mon./Wed. at 11:00am and on Tues./Thurs. at 5:00pm.  On week 1 of the rotation, Mon./Wed. will be sessions 1 and 2 respectively, while on week 2, Mon./Wed. will be sessions 3 and 4.  The Tues./Thurs. rotation will be opposite.  Week 1 on Tues./Thurs. will be sessions 3 and 4 respectively, while week 2 is session 1 and 2.  Most athletes will complete the Foundations Course at the same day and time, so this schedule allows the athlete to get all of the sessions completed in two weeks if not sooner.   The sessions do NOT need to be completed in order.  Below is a better picture of the schedule.
