What is CrossFit?

If you’ve never experienced CrossFit and you want to know a little more about what we do, watch the videos below to get an idea of what we’re all about.  In these videos, you’ll see some crazy people doing crazy things.  However, (and this is the important part), you’ll also see normal people using very little weight and still accomplishing their health and fitness goals with a program that is designed to increase functional capacity, not necessarily physique.
